veylo.cc is run by Daniel S, a sole proprietor trading as veylo (“veylo”, “we”, “us”). We decide what happens to the personal information described here.

When you send the contact form

• Your name and work email.
• What you write under Details.

We use it to reply to you, to quote and plan an audit, and to keep a record of the conversation. That is the whole list.

When you visit the site

Like any website, the services that deliver the pages receive technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We don’t use it to identify you and we don’t combine it with anything else.

When you email us

We receive whatever you include in the email, and use it to reply.

We use a few service providers to run the site. Each handles data only to provide its service:

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site, and may log technical request data for security and reliability.
• Formspree receives contact form submissions, filters spam and forwards them to us by email.
• Typeface. Geist is served from this site, so loading a page does not contact Google.
• Spacemail (Spaceship) hosts our email inbox, where form submissions and emails arrive.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We would disclose it only if the law required us to.

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to reply, to carry out any work that follows, and to keep reasonable business records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Audit work for clients

Audit work is different. Access to a client’s ad accounts and what we find there are covered by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page. We don’t share client data, and we don’t keep it once the work is done.

Email hello@veylo.cc to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We’ll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local law; ask and we’ll help.

veylo works with businesses. The site isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

The site and the contact form use HTTPS, and we keep the data we hold to the minimum above. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable care.

If this page changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.
