Terms and conditions.

These terms.

veylo.cc is run by Daniel S, a sole proprietor trading as veylo (“veylo”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

They cover the website only. Any audit or ongoing engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign before work starts. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Prices and quotes.

We share prices in the formal pitch, to help you plan. They are not an offer that you can accept by sending the form. A price becomes binding only when it is set out in a signed engagement agreement.

We may change our prices at any time. A change won’t affect an engagement that has already been agreed.

We may decline any inquiry or engagement, for any reason.

Using the site.

You may browse the site and send us inquiries. Please don’t:

  • send spam, false information, or anything unlawful through the contact form;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the services behind it;
  • scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing service.

Our content.

The site’s text, design, code and the veylo name and mark belong to veylo. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

The one exception: journalists and writers may use the logo files and text from the press kit to write about veylo, following the guidelines there.

No advice, no warranty.

Content on the site is general information about veylo and its services. It is not advice about your own media or business. Advice comes only through an engagement.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limits of liability.

To the extent the law allows, veylo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links and privacy.

The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

Law and changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
